Masha Sylvester
Masha is the Proprietor and Principal Lawyer of the firm, a trusted advisor to companies, private entities, and high-net-worth individuals in complex and high-stakes disputes. Admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2018, she has built a reputation for delivering strategic, results-driven litigation across commercial and corporate matters.
Her expertise spans civil fraud, corporate litigation, and asset recovery, as well as disputes arising from negligence, intellectual property, and defamation. Her practice also includes probate and estate administration, will drafting, and family law matters such as divorce and adoption. She is also highly experienced in securing urgent injunctive relief, including freezing orders, tracing orders, and protection orders, ensuring clients' interests and assets are safeguarded promptly and decisively.
Masha is a skilled advocate, representing clients across all levels of the judiciary, from subordinate courts to the Federal Court, consistently demonstrating meticulous preparation, persuasive advocacy, and strategic judgment in complex legal matters.
Prior to establishing her own practice, Masha was practising as a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution group at Ahmad Daniel Ruben & Co, where she handled high-value and sophisticated commercial disputes.
